Every reading begins with a complimentary Discovery Call to get to know one another and understand your questions, concerns, and goals. From there, we schedule your session — in person, over the phone, or via Zoom.

Before we begin, you’ll have a moment to settle in while I open and clear the energetic space. I recommend bringing a list of questions, organized by importance, as sessions often move through multiple areas of your life.

Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes.

How to Prepare

Write your questions in order of priority.
Your list can include topics such as:

• relationships

• work or business

• health

• family

• spiritual questions

• life direction

• emotional patterns

Bring as many questions as you wish—more is better than fewer.
Please also create a quiet, distraction-free environment and silence your phone.
Being present makes your session deeper and more accurate.
